Founded in 2015 by Dr. Ramon B. Gustilo—a world-renowned orthopedic surgeon, philanthropist, and author—our hospital began as a humble 6-doctor practice driven by excellence and compassion. Today, we have evolved into Northland Hospital, a medical team of 50 doctors and 150 healthcare professionals dedicated to expanding our service and carrying forward his lifelong commitment to exceptional community care.
